• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist cardmembers with inquiries, account maintenance, and issue resolution.
• Understand and communicate American Express products and services.
• Effectively navigate various systems and databases to locate information.
• Collaborate with colleagues and teams to ensure the best customer experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service or call center experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a remote, home-based environment.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with digital communication tools.
• Flexibility to work shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
