Rate:Compensation for this role is set at $35 per hour. Responsibilities:As a customer service Chat Agent, your main responsibility will be to handle incoming customer service inquiries via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. These inquiries can range from support-related questions from existing customers to sales-related inquiries from potential new customers. Requirements:No prior experience is necessary for this role, as comprehensive training will be provided. To qualify, you should have access to a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) capable of accessing social media and website chat functions. You must also be capable of working independently, closely following provided instructions, and maintaining a reliable internet connectivity. Additionally, you should be available for at least 10 hours per week. Location:This is a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work online from anywhere. While applicants from all locations are welcome, candidates based in the United States are preferred. Training and Experience:This role is designed for individuals who are new to the field and are seeking an entry-level position.
