This role starts on-site for training, transitioning to a fully remote position once you've mastered the required tools and processes. Key Responsibilities: Accurately input and update healthcare data into secure systems. Verify data integrity by cross-referencing with source documents. Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies or incomplete records. Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred). Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles, ideally in healthcare. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
