We’re looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Product Manager, Customer Service at Netflix who is passionate about delivering exceptional service. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing, managing, and executing customer service strategies that align with our product roadmap and ensure our customers’ satisfaction. If you have a track record of delivering innovative customer service solutions and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you.To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a product management role with a focus on customer service. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think analytically and solve complex problems. A working knowledge of customer service software and CRM systems is also required. Additionally, you should have experience in developing and implementing customer service strategies and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer service strategies. Maintain a working knowledge of customer service software and CRM systems. Monitor customer feedback and provide timely responses. Develop processes and procedures to ensure customer service goals are met. Manage customer service initiatives and track performance metrics.
