We are seeking a skilled Associate Director of Human Resources to join our Financial Management Services (FMS) team in a remote capacity. This pivotal role is essential for the... effective administration of our operations, supporting our mission to empower teaching, learning, and research. Key Responsibilities • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insights on HR policies, programs, and processes. • Collaborate with management to ensure that HR initiatives are aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives. • Implement HR programs that foster staff development and enhance organizational effectiveness. • Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. • Analyze HR data to drive improvements in talent management and ensure adherence to best practices. • Address complex employee relations matters, providing sound guidance on risk mitigation. • Work alongside subject matter experts to address workplace accommodations and health-related issues. Required Skills • Extensive expertise in employee relations, compensation, staffing, and talent development. • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build trust within diverse teams. • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with proficiency in clear reporting and presentations. • Demonstrated project management capabilities and analytical skills to navigate complex challenges. Qualifications • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of five years of pertinent experience; 8-10 years preferred.
