Job Title: Payments Solutions Architect Work Location: West Chester, PA/ Remote Duration: Long Term Contract Job Description: Mandatory Skills Payment systems, routing engines, and payment processing workflows Skill/Experience: - Able to perform the payment domain SME - In-depth understanding of payment systems, routing engines, and payment processing workflows. - Experience with different payment methods, gateways, and acquirer integrations. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions. - Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements. - Played leadership role - Prior experience in Telecom/Retail industry (good to have) Responsibilities: - Engage with clients to understand their payment processing needs and provide expert consultation on the deployment and optimization of our payment routing engine. - Represent IT team in meetings with business, vendor and 3rd party teams - Collaborate with internal & external teams, vendors, etc to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of their payment ecosystem and routing needs. - Design and propose comprehensive payment routing solutions that align with client requirements, industry best practices, and our product capabilities. - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and features of our payment routing engine, addressing client inquiries and concerns. - Provide recommendations for customizing and configuring the payment routing engine to meet specific client requirements, including rule configurations and integration points. - Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on the payment routing engine, offering insights into its functionalities, architecture, and how it aligns with client business goals. - Work closely with sales teams, product development, and support teams to ensure a smooth handover from presales to post-sales activities. - Create and maintain detailed documentation, including solution proposals, implementation plans, and customization specifications.
