Job Overview Join our esteemed Data Enrichment team as a Voice Data Entry Agent, where your efforts will significantly contribute to improving healthcare data quality for our esteemed clients. Key Responsibilities • Participate in both voice and non-voice tasks as required. • Manage inbound and outbound communications with professionalism and respect. • Validate information provided to our clients by third-party sources using online databases to guarantee precision. • Execute Enrichment Tasks as outlined in client training. • Perform data entry, vendor resource verifications, and board certifications, including follow-ups with various state boards for status updates. • Ensure prompt and high-caliber execution of assignments. • Remain adaptable in performing additional responsibilities as needed. Required Skills • Openness to engaging in both voice and non-voice processes. • Strong verbal and written communication abilities. • Competence in working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team. • Proficiency with computers is preferred. Qualifications • Previous experience in inbound/outbound call centers, inside sales, or related customer service roles is advantageous. • Availability for a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week, with immediate start. • Flexibility to adapt to changes in processes and information. • Support for a home-office setup with a reliable internet connection.
