Working knowledge of the equipment, tools, and materials used in custodial services work. Able to work cooperatively with a wide variety of people; fellow co-workers, building level teaching staff, Administrators and others with whom he/she comes into contact. Able to comprehend and follow oral and/or written instructions. Able to learn from direct training and practical experience.
