AT&T has an opening for a Systems Integration and Testing Analyst to support the customer’s LANSIT functional area. Job Duties/Responsibilities: • Troubleshoot, install, and configuring Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls. • Provides technical expertise in the management of a public and/or private network; tests and analyzes network facilities, including network control software, routers, switches, lines, modems, adapters and servers • Installs, supports and/or maintains LANs and/or WANs; evaluates and recommends networking product and software upgrades • Performs technical analyses of software, hardware and transmission facilities using various diagnostic tools in support of efficient network operations • Monitors data traffic and controls network resource performance to ensure high-quality transmission • Identifies, diagnoses and resolves technical problems related to network failure/integrity and usage of PC hardware and software • Solves complex problems by taking a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information • Impacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams; works within broad guidelines and policies • Hours of coverage: Individual shift may vary, but you will be a member of a team that provides coverage from 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Required Clearance TS/SCI with polygraph (#tssci) (#polygraph) Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree or Microsoft Certified Professional Program, Cisco Network certification, or any other approved information technology certification. • Able to work multiple projects with limited supervision, and ability to diagnose and resolve network issues in a busy environment. • Ability to manage, prioritize and execute multiple concurrent projects. • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to provide solutions and work with customer in providing resolution. • Must be a self-starter and work with a clear and defined mission. • Proven ability to build and maintain constructive relationships among customers, stakeholders, technical teams, and contractors across the customer base. • BA/BS and four (4) years of experience, or a combination of education and work experience equivalent to 6 years. Our Systems Integration and Testings earn between $79,300 - $124,759. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
