Seeking LPC or LCSW for Evening or Weekend Telehealth New Jersey

Job Overview We’re seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our telehealth team on a part-time basis. In this fully remote role, you’ll deliver high-quality, evidence-based mental health services via secure video sessions, maintaining strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnostic Assessment: Conduct comprehensive virtual evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs.
• Therapeutic Intervention: Facilitate individual and group teletherapy sessions using evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT).
• Treatment Planning: Develop and update personalized care plans aligned with clients’ goals and progress.
• Documentation & Reporting: Accurately record session notes, outcome measures, and treatment progress in our electronic health record.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Coordinate care with psychiatrists, case managers, and other providers as needed.
• Compliance: Uphold all ethical guidelines and HIPAA requirements in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Active licensure as an LPC or LCSW in the state(s) you will serve.
• Minimum of 2 years’ post-licensure experience providing therapy (telehealth or in-person).
• Proficiency in clinical assessment, crisis intervention, and evidence-based therapy techniques.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults preferred.
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and engaging clients virtually.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a flexible, part-time schedule independently.
