Senior Sourcer
Superside is looking for a research-driven, quality-focused Sourcer to build and nurture strong top-of-funnel pipelines across a wide range of roles. You’ll identify high-potential candidates, craft personalized outreach strategies, and partner with our Talent Acquisition team to connect the best talent with Superside’s most impactful roles.Success in this role means staying curious, being meticulous in your research, and bringing creativity to sourcing strategies. You’ll be a critical force in shaping early candidate experience and driving the quality of our hiring pipelines. What You'll Do
- Own the top-of-funnel sourcing process for key roles, from research and market mapping to outreach, screening, and pipeline handover.
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners to deeply understand hiring needs and define effective sourcing strategies.
- Engage passive candidates with personalized, compelling outreach, acting as a strategic first touchpoint for Superside.Build">Superside.
- Build and maintain high-quality, diverse pipelines using tools like LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and niche communities.
- Stay ahead of global talent trends, sourcing best practices, and competitive intelligence across industries.
- Track, report, and analyze sourcing data to continuously improve speed and conversion quality.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- 3+ years of experience in sourcing or talent research, ideally within fast-paced, global organizations.
- Proven success in identifying and engaging top talent across markets and functions.
- Deep knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, CRMs).
- Strong judgment and attention to detail when qualifying profiles.
- Comfortable working independently while partnering cross-functionally.
- Analytical mindset with an iterative, data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Remote collaboration skills, with experience working across multiple time zones and teams.
- Excellent written communication in English and a creative approach to candidate outreach.
