Temporary Call Center - Part Time (REMOTE - North Carolina, Call Center Position)

Position Summary: As a Temporary Fundraising Specialist, you'll be responsible for making outbound fundraising calls to existing and potential donors on behalf of well known non profit organizations like Special Olympics. This is a non-sales role focused on building donor relationships and encouraging ongoing support through compassionate communication and strong listening skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Place outbound calls to donors using a provided script and campaign goals
• Clearly communicate mission-related messaging to donors
• Accurately enter donor information into our system
• Handle objections and follow call guidelines with professionalism
• Work collaboratively with your team to achieve campaign goals
• Attend required training and coaching sessions

What is the schedule? We aim to offer flexibility to our Fundraising Specialists to work a schedule that suits their needs. Our standard shift hours are: Monday - Thursday from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM Sundays from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM What is the salary? Our starting pay is $13.00 per hour! Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Remote Work Requirements:

• Quiet, distraction-free workspace

Responsibilities:

• Follow client-approved messaging for each campaign on every call.
• Follow fundraising call structure on every call.
• Connect emotionally with prospects, serving as an enthusiastic brand ambassador for the organization.
• Make a compelling case for financial support on every call.
• Maintain a professional appearance and meet dress code requirements.
• Maintain a positive attitude and demeanor.
• Have fun!

Requirements:

• We do not provide equipment for remote work. You will need your own computer (NO MACS OR CHROMEBOOKS), a headset with a microphone, and a hardwired ethernet connection of at least 120 kbps.
• Must be located in Hiring State.
