In this sales-oriented, patient-first role, youll use your charisma, communication, and critical thinking to champion personalized treatment plansensuring every patient gets the care they deserve for a confident, healthy smile. - Detail-oriented habits for gathering accurate patient data, payment info, and documentation.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm in a fast-paced digital work environment.
- Commitment to proactive communication with patients and your virtual + onsite team.
- Reliable internet, tech-savviness, and openness to learning new software and systems.
- A warm, authentic, and professional virtual presence that helps patients feel safe and supported.
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
- Dental assisting experience is a bonus, but not required!

As a fee-for-service office (no Medicaid, no HMOs), we attract our own patients through reputation and resultsnot insurance contracts.
