Our Client

This client's People Tech team is a multi-functional team of Engineers, Product Managers, and Technical Program Managers, tasked with enabling technology to drive the employee experience. As a Senior Applications Developer on the People Tech team, you drive the technology and business processes of our People Team, providing tools and analysis to support various groups within the client's HR department, improving the employee experience.

Job Summary

As an HRIS Consultant (Workday/Payroll) on the People Apps team, you will drive the technology and business processes supporting HR operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, and reporting, along with a strong background in business process frameworks.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end migration of payroll data from Workday to Oracle, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and seamless transition of payroll-related data throughout the process.

  • Own the creation and management of Workday Payroll reports to facilitate data migration, ensuring proper reconciliation of payroll data between Workday and Oracle during the transition.

  • Collaborate with the Oracle implementation team, along with Payroll, Data Engineering, and Program Management teams, to ensure alignment and smooth execution of the payroll migration.

  • Support day-to-day configuration updates in Workday Payroll, as well as HCM configurations, to maintain system accuracy and ensure proper setup during the migration process.

Qualifications and Job Requirements
  • 5+ years in Workday implementation/configuration, with hands-on experience in Workday HCM, Payroll, and reporting.

  • Proficient in configuring Workday Payroll and HCM, with expertise in reporting and data migration.

  • Strong written and verbal communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills.

  • Team-oriented, collaborative, and always willing to assist in finding the best solutions.
