The Acquisition Growth team is tasked with implementing various acquisition and activation strategies for drivers and passengers across multiple countries, enabling them to provide a reliable and safe solution. As a key member of the Growth Marketing team, reporting directly to our Senior Team Lead Acquisition, you will create, manage, and monitor campaigns across Europe, the Maghreb region, and Sub-Saharan Africa.

What will be your role?

- Assist the growth marketing team in monitoring the performance of marketing campaigns (Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, Google AdWords) across multiple countries.

- Participate in the creation of acquisition campaigns: messaging, content, implementation, and analysis.

- Monitor budget spending and contribute to the Profit and Loss (P&L) analysis.

- Develop our acquisition strategy through partnerships: be the main contact when a new opportunity arises, find/propose new partnerships (arenas, shopping malls, clubs, student organisations, etc.), lead the discussions until the partnership is finalised, and manage existing partners.

- Regularly collaborate with the brand/design teams (creative briefs) and local teams (preparation of weekly performance reviews).

Do you see yourself in this role?

- You have a strong data-driven mindset and are comfortable working with analytics and metrics to make informed marketing decisions.

- You have a good understanding of the basics of marketing and online advertising, and ideally, you have worked on online campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Apple Search Ads...).

- You are proficient in using various social media platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat, and stay updated with the latest trends and best practices. Collaborating with influencers and agencies to develop a cohesive acquisition strategy is something you find exciting.

- You can take the lead in communications with potential new partners and identify key opportunities for growth.

- You enjoy working with multiple teams; you are open and enthusiastic, and you like helping others.

- Native French speaker and fluent in English.
