About this role

Planday is seeking a Senior Mobile Product Manager - who possesses a strong blend of product management expertise and business development acumen.A Senior Mobile Product Manager at Planday will be expected to spearhead the strategy and roadmap for our mobile product experience, and work closely with Tech and Experience Design to continuously deliver value to our customers.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Drive strategy and roadmap for our mobile product in line with Plandays product strategy and overall business goals.
  • Stay on top of market trends, competitive landscape and customer problems to inform your strategy and roadmap.
  • Lead and motivate your cross functional team in close collaboration with your counterparts from Tech and Experience Design in your team trio.
  • Evaluate the success of your product through quantitative and qualitative measures in all stages of the development process - both in beta and after full launch.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration: Acting as the central point of contact for all things related to our mobile product. This requires close collaboration with various internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure our mobile experience is effectively brought to market and supported.
  • Clearly communicate your strategy and roadmap throughout the company to ensure stakeholders know what your team is working on, why and what customer and business impact you are expecting.
  • Work closely with the rest of the Product team to ensure we continuously improve our product management practices and ways of working.

  • Experience:

  • Proven experience with B2B/SaaS products and Mobile product development.
  • Strong and confident communicator who is fluent in English.
  • A strategic mindset with a passion for identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities.
  • Can motivate your team and clearly articulating strategy and customer problems - the what and the why.
  • Thrive on interaction and collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Are passionate about delivering high-quality and solve customer problems to drive business impact.
  • Have an analytical mindset and can leverage data to inform your product decisions as well as establish metrics and KPIs to measure product success.
  • Consider yourself a do’er, influential, reliable and motivated team player.

    • Skills:

  • Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and measurable results.
  • Demonstrated success in driving product innovation and growth in the mobile space
  • Expertise in data-driven decision-making and experimentation methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, and mobile product experiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management.
  • The ability to influence and build relationships at all levels, both internally and externally.
