Sales & Admissions Representative & Marketing Assistant – Bilingual (Mandarin) | International Students Recruitment serves as the primary point of contact for BGE’s Chinese students. They assist students in adjusting to life in the United States, addressing any challenges that arise by acting as a mediator. This role involves leading student orientations, organizing activities, and providing detailed progress reports directly to agents and parents. Since 2001, we’ve helped more than 2,000 students successfully navigate high school and college admissions in the United States. We specialize in boarding school placement, college counseling, guardianship services, and cross-cultural support, empowering families across China, Korea, and beyond. Position Summary We’re looking for a highly motivated Sales & Admissions Representative & Marketing Assistant – Bilingual (Mandarin) | International Students Recruitment to help expand our global reach and improve engagement with prospective students, parents, and partner agencies. This role blends international student recruitment, marketing operations, and client relationship management. If you're bilingual (English & Mandarin), organized, and excited about education, we want to meet you. Key Responsibilities: Sales Operations & Lead Management

• Respond to inbound inquiries from agents, students, and parents via email, WeChat, phone, and web.
• Manage CRM data: track leads, update records, and monitor conversion progress.
• Assist with the development of sales pipelines, lead funnels, and outreach calendars.
• Coordinate consultation scheduling and maintain internal client databases.

Client Relationship Coordination

• Act as a bridge between families, agents, and BGE internal teams (counseling, academic support, ops).
• Communicate clearly about our services, deadlines, application steps, and school options.
• Support parents and clients in Mandarin and English to ensure trust and clarity throughout the student journey.

Marketing Campaign Support

• Collaborate with the marketing team on email campaigns, webinars, info sessions, and digital promotions.
• Create and localize content (brochures, social media copy, event slides).`
• Help manage online channels, including WeChat, YouTube, LinkedIn, and campaign performance tools.

Program Promotion & Business Development

• Support the promotion of counseling services, summer camps, and new product launches.
• Identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities (internships, pre-college programs, test prep).
• Assist in preparing partnership decks and coordinating school or agent meetings.

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the counseling, marketing, and academic teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Support logistics for virtual events, in-person tours, and client onboarding.
• Track performance metrics and meeting outcomes to support data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Education, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English (written & verbal) is required.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple deadlines.
• Experience with CRM systems (Google Sheets, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) preferred.
• Familiarity with international education, agency collaboration, or EdTech is a plus.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
