Global IT Team Lead Cybersecurity Consulting & Operations (m/f/d) Original Equip

Join a dynamic and fast-paced environment as the Global IT Team Lead Cybersecurity Consulting & Operations. You will be responsible for modernizing and optimizing the OESL Cybersecurity framework, system landscape, and service provider portfolio. As a leader, you will manage a team of approximately 10+ FTEs and be responsible for the relationship with business customers and internal/external suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field; Master's preferred
• Several years of experience in IT infrastructure (client, server, virtualization, storage, backup&recoveryOS, data center and cloud environment), and/or cybersecurity
• Strong skills in vendor management and experience in managing outsourced operations
• Strategic view on working closely together with best-of-breed service providers for this working area
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills to manage global teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on governance aspects
• Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and infrastructure projects
