Working Student Talent Acquisition (f/m/d) - Remote

As a Working Student in Talent Acquisition, you’ll support our team in finding and attracting the best talent across different departments – from tech roles to commercial positions. You’ll gain hands-on experience in sourcing, interviewing, and employer branding while learning how recruitment works in a modern, remote-first company.

Your Tasks

• You support the full recruitment process: from understanding open roles to assisting in interviews and candidate management.
• You actively source and identify candidates using platforms like LinkedIn
• You contact candidates with creative, personalized messages to spark interest in Xentral
• You assist in screening and first-round interviews for selected positions
• You help build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• You contribute to employer branding efforts that promote Xentral’s culture and values
• You support administrative tasks within the recruiting and people operations team

Your Profile

• You’re currently studying (Business) Psychology, HR, Business Administration, Social Sciences or a related field
• You have initial experience in recruiting or HR, ideally including exposure to sourcing and interviewing
• You’re confident using tools like LinkedIn, have a digital mindset, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• You are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
• You are communicative, detail-oriented, and proactive
• You are available for 16–20 hours per week and are eager to develop your skills in talent acquisition
