Accounts Payable Specialist

Responsibilities

• Be part of the team controlling the flow of invoices into COUPA (our Procure to pay system), driving automation and Matching to Purchase Orders, and gaining business approvals

• Management of key vendor query email accounts, providing effective responses as a key aspect of Vendor experience

• Verification of vendor profiles and invoices to ensure proper coding

• General support to activities performed across the Shared Accounting Services

Skills

• Exceptional time management and organizational skills

• An excellent coordinator and organizer

• A strong adherence to detail

• Excellent communication (oral and written) skills in English

• Experience with invoice processing systems a plus, particularly COUPA

Qualifications

• English proficiency

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
