Position Overview: We are seeking motivated and strategic Digital Marketing Sales Consultants to join our team as an independent contractor (1099) with a very aggressive commission structure. This is an excellent opportunity to earn substantial income by selling our digital marketing services to local home services contractors (HVAC, roofing, lawncare, etc) all over the country. We are looking for self-motivated sales consultants that want to work as an independent contractor with a great company. Compensation: This is a commission only position with no earnings cap. This opportunity is for those who want to build their book of business and have the freedom to earn as much as you want, on your terms. You'll be set up as an independent contractor and manage your own time.

• Earn 15% commission on the first month's sale for recurring subscription services.
• Receive an amazing 8% recurring residual commission each month!
• Potential earnings are significant with our solutions ranging from $999/mo - $4,500/mo and beyond..
• Potential earnings in the $60,000-300,000+/yr range for dedicated sales reps. No earnings cap!

Responsibilities:

• Prospect for new business customers online or in your local community (business-to-business). You'll focus on reaching the owners of home services companies like roofers, HVAC, electricians, plumbers, kitchen remodeling, landscaping and other similar companies. Use social media groups, local networking groups and other techniques to reach business owners that may need our services.
• Promote services using your personalized affiliate link for those prospects that might prefer to buy online rather than a formal demo. You can share your product links, engage and help home services contractors who are seeking advice and help on social media and other online platforms (like Facebook groups). Your affiliate links will ensure you get the credit for the sale!
• Generate appointments to demo our digital marketing solutions with a focus on our digital marketing subscription services. Follow up using our CRM and communication tools to convert as many prospects to demo as possible.
• Reach out to in-house prospects by being assigned one of our current franchise accounts. You'll have the opportunity to be plugged right into a warm pipeline of contractors under a franchise account we already have. This means starting right away with new deals!
• Present our marketing solutions and close deals
• Assist internal marketing team with client onboarding after the sale
• Conduct monthly marketing touchpoint meetings with your customers after the sale to review reporting, cross-sell new solutions and add value.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience Digital Marketing & Advertising Sales (home services agency experience preferred, but not required)
• Proven sales experience to local businesses
• Proven success using LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to prospect for new business
• Experience with SEO and Local SEO a must
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
• Problem solver and go-getter self-starter mentality
• Some experience using a CRM like HubSpot or similar to manage your customers and pipeline.

• Company email, Zoom, and prospecting software tools provided.
• Access to marketing sales sheets, presentations and collateral to promote and demo our services
• Ongoing training and support on how to present and sell our services.
• Recurring weekly Zoom calls with our entire sales team to enhance product knowledge and share insights.
