Power BI / Microsoft Purview Business Analyst

You are: The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and documenting data governance requirements, defining data quality rules, and configuring business glossary terms and policies within Microsoft Purview. This position will play a critical role in enhancing data visibility, compliance, and decision-making across the organization. The work:

• Gathering and documenting data governance requirements, defining data quality rules, and configuring business glossary terms and policies within Microsoft Purview
• Creating reports and Support enterprise data initiatives
• Work closely with stakeholders to collect reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights through Power BI dashboards and reports

Here's what you need:

• 3+ years of experience creating Power BI reports
• 2+ years of experience in implementing Data Policy Rules in Microsoft Purview and building data catalogs
• 2+ years of experience in Data Governance and business intelligence

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with data cataloging, metadata management, and report optimization
• Azure experience
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
