Biology Expert - AI Trainer

This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Anywhere We are seeking a Biology Expert - AI Trainer with expertise in biological theory and problem-solving to develop and refine high-quality reasoning questions designed to evaluate AI models. Your knowledge in biology will be essential in ensuring the accuracy, rigor, and instructional quality of these test items. Responsibilities: - Create well-structured, undergraduate-level biology questions that assess reasoning, problem-solving, and conceptual understanding. - Solve and verify answers for accuracy and completeness, ensuring that questions require logical reasoning rather than simple memorization. - Categorize questions by difficulty (Easy, Medium, Hard) and refine them to balance complexity and engagement. - Design questions that reflect real-world biological applications, avoiding prompts that are trivial or overly theoretical. - Ensure all questions align with biological principles, avoiding ambiguity, factual errors, or unrealistic assumptions. Minimum Qualifications: - Master’s degree or PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Molecular Biology, Ecology, or a related discipline. - 2+ years of experience in teaching, research, or applied biology. - Familiarity with undergraduate-level biology topics, including cell biology, genetics, physiology, ecology, and evolutionary biology. - Strong writing and critical thinking skills. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
