Job Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience as a consultant in the financial technology industry
• Strong understanding of commercial lending domain with Loan Syndication and Loans Trading features
• Proven experience in Software Quality Assurance Testing and knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Familiarity with Agile processes and experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Strong documentation skills and ability to create test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports
• Basic SQL and API Tool knowledge (Postman/SOAP)
• Ability to organize and plan work independently, work in a rapidly changing environment, and multi-task effectively
• Understanding of the Capital Markets/Finance Domain and lending domain knowledge, including commercial lending products like AFS/ACBS/Flexcube/LoanlQ
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team, and time management skills
• Familiarity with QA testing tools and frameworks, including test management and defect tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)
