As a Solutions Manager, you will serve as the domain expert and HRIS point of contact for our UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) Time & Attendance platform, driving the implementation of new functions and enhancements to deliver an outstanding user experience.

Job Overview

As a Solutions Manager at Chewy, you will be responsible for defining and shaping the business process architecture, acting as the primary authority on UKG configurations, and communicating clearly with partners to drive success. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting feature releases, resolving issues, and documenting requirements and technical specifications. You will also develop project plans, identify test scenarios, and work directly with business groups to ensure seamless implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and shape the business process architecture within your defined areas of responsibility
• Act as primary authority on UKG configurations
• Communicate clearly and collaborate with partners

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of UKG experience
• Boomi certification
• Knowledge of downstream integrations
• Superb communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven attention to detail
• Comfort with leading multiple tasks and projects
• Expertise in agile software development methodologies
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence concepts
• Customer-centric approach
