Key Responsibilities

• Delivery & Execution (30%): Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy secure, reliable, and scalable software solutions.
• Support & Enablement (10%): Provide technical expertise, guidance, and support to engineers, product teams, and stakeholders.
• People Management (50%): Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Software Engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and growth.
• Learning & Development (10%): Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Mastery of an object-oriented programming language (preferably Java)
• Strong understanding of software development principles, patterns, and practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in software engineering, AdTech, or a related field
