We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to provide expertise and guidance in supporting our Accounting and Financial Operations departments. As a key advisor and partner to Finance, you will redesign the way we use technology to manage our business. Job Overview

In this role, you will provide systems solutions, functional process recommendations, and work with multiple Finance and Technology leaders to support the systems strategy for our Core Financials applications. You will partner with engineering teams to establish and implement new or revised systems and programs, and support the delivery of technology solutions that will drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage your deep functional and technical systems expertise to drive towards the right solution to support the department and company needs
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration throughout the entire software lifecycle
• Lead design sessions with peers to ensure systems are well-designed, efficient, and meet business expectations
• Collaborate with Finance Leaders to ensure their organizational technology goals are met
• Develop project roadmaps that align to business objectives and sequenced by priority and resource availability
• Support and influence customers and stakeholders, and manage divergent expectations
• Ensure a strong control and governance framework is established and maintained to support SOX and Audit reviews

Requirements

• 20+ years of Finance Systems experience with industry-leading ERP solutions
• 10+ years of lead experience in guiding teams in support of Finance Systems
• 15+ years working with Core Financials systems via major vendors
• Deep Finance domain expertise to work with senior Finance leaders
• Strong understanding of Accounting process and reporting expectations
• Ability to communicate and work directly with business leaders across Technology and Finance
• Solid understanding of project management techniques, methodologies, and best practices
