As a Senior Media Officer, you will play a vital role in shaping the narrative and sharing the impact of our work with the world.

In this dynamic and varied role, you will be part of a busy national media team that tells the story of our charity's work and its importance to children, parents, teachers, and the wider community. Your day will be filled with creativity, collaboration, and purpose, as you work across multiple teams to:

• Develop and pitch stories to national broadcast, print, online, and new media outlets, including podcasts
• Lead consumer PR efforts for major fundraising campaigns, such as Christmas and Childhood Day
• Collaborate with the Lived Experience team to share powerful stories of adult survivors
• Contribute to the planning and execution of the Consumer Media calendar

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Excellent cross-departmental working skills and ability to build strong relationships
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creativity, a keen eye for storytelling, and the ability to craft compelling narratives
• A passion for working with a children's charity and a genuine commitment to our mission
