Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop teams through teaching, training, and coaching, ensuring exceptional customer service and store operations

• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, and mentoring

Requirements:

• 2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership
• Experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, with responsibility for performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
