Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher on Special Assignment to support our Office of Linked Learning in increasing equitable student participation, success, and completion in Dual Enrollment courses and matriculation into a post-secondary institution. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission of building a Full Service Community District focused on high academic achievement while serving the whole child, eliminating inequity, and providing each child with excellent teachers, every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support two school sites in increasing equitable student participation, success, and completion in Dual Enrollment courses and matriculation into a post-secondary institution
• Collaborate with colleagues, families, and students to create a caring and inclusive learning environment
• Develop and implement strategies to promote student success and equity
• Participate in professional development and training to enhance teaching practices and stay current on best practices in education

• Competitive salary range: $68,762.98 - $120,511.60 per year

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Preliminary or Clear California teaching credential authorizing instruction in core TK-12 curriculum
• Eligibility for employment in the US and ability to pass a criminal background check
