We are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to assist students in Specialized Programs, including academic support, behavioral monitoring, and functional life skills. Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized individualized instruction and support to students in Specialized Programs
• Assist students with daily routines, including personal health and hygiene functions
• Implement specialized therapy programs and work directly with therapists on physical progress and Individualized Education Plans (IEP)
• Support behavior plan implementation and utilize CPI (Non Violent Crisis Intervention) techniques and safety monitoring
• Facilitate and encourage speech and language development through the use of alternate communication systems

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to work with students with significant needs (training opportunities provided)
• Criminal background check required for hire
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-hire, post-offer physical examination
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred
