We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for performing bookkeeping functions related to sales and use tax and permit compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial statements, consolidated statements, and other accounting reports
• Review and verify the accuracy of journal entries and accounting orders
• Apply sound accounting principles and develop or recommend accounting procedures and policies
• Supervise and allocate work to accountants, accounting clerks, and other team members
• Coordinate accounting matters with other departments, regions, and divisions
• Participate in financial reporting

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Experience with general ledger software, such as SAP or similar software
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage and execute multiple tasks
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
