GigCX Marketplace is partnering with Teleperformance TurboTax to provide top-notch support to millions of customers filing their taxes. As the voice of our company, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through written and verbal communication. If you have a passion for learning, excellent communication skills, and a desire to delight customers, we want to hear from you!

Program Details

  • Program duration: January 13th, 2025 - April 15th, 2025
  • Preference given to candidates who can commit to working all 14 weeks of the program
  • Operating hours: 8am - midnight EST, Monday - Sunday
  • Required minimum hours: 30 hours per week
  • Peak period: April 9th - 15th, with increased hours and bonus opportunities

Requirements

  • High school graduate
  • Basic knowledge of tax laws and concepts (preferred)
  • Experience in a call center environment (preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle change
  • Strong technical skills, including intermediate knowledge of operating systems and software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Windows computer (Mac and Chromebooks not permitted)
  • Windows 10 or 11
  • AMD or Intel Core Series (I3-I9)
  • At least 8gb of RAM
  • Webcam
  • Wired mouse
  • USB headset
  • Wired internet connection
