Join Our Team as a Remote Call Center Auditor and Drive Quality Excellence

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Call Center Auditor to join our team at Workwarp, a leading provider of independent medical reviews, records/data management services, medical coding, administrative staffing, and eligibility reviews. As a Remote Call Center Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our call center operations and driving excellence in our customer service delivery.

Job Summary:

The Remote Call Center Auditor will be responsible for auditing cases, profiles, and calls in accordance with Critical to Quality tasks outlined by the SC DHHS project and the SC DHHS Project Management team. The successful candidate will provide feedback on their findings and work closely with the Quality Supervisor, Quality Management, and Quality Control (QA) teams to meet and exceed customer and in-house quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform inspections, audits, and testing for QA to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Meet established metrics set by the Management team and contribute to the continuous improvement of our quality processes
  • Compile and analyze data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions based on audit findings
  • Communicate quality audit findings to stakeholders and provide actionable insights for process improvements
  • Collaborate with the SC DHHS Project Management team to ensure excellent product delivery and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of call center experience, with at least 1 year of call center QA experience
  • Knowledge of root analysis and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced work environment
  • Experience with Medical Records Review and a strong understanding of quality assurance principles
  • Yellow Belt Lean Six Sigma certification (preferred but not required)
