• Assist in planning, creating, and distributing email marketing campaigns through HubSpot, tracking performance metrics and providing actionable insights to enhance engagement rates.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand their needs and develop customized marketing materials, maintaining effective communication between marketing and sales departments.
• Manage leads and customer data efficiently using Salesforce, and organize marketing files in cloud storage systems like Dropbox.
• Aid in tracking and analyzing digital campaigns using Google Analytics and Google Ads, creating reports to assess campaign performance and refine future strategies.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Basic familiarity with HubSpot and Salesforce (preferred).
• Understanding of Google Analytics and Google Ads.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
