Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret customer and shipping orders, as well as other source documents, to accurately enter data into our computer systems
• Verify data for accuracy and consistency, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and correctly formatted
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to key data into specific fields, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Perform administrative duties, including filing, copying, and other tasks, to support the smooth operation of our team
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify and resolve data errors or anomalies, and report any issues to supervisors in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Excellent reading comprehension, critical thinking, and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Patience and attention to detail, with the ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

• Reading knowledge of English and Spanish (approximately 5-10% of orders are in Spanish)
• 1-2 years of experience in data entry and/or filing
• Social perceptiveness and service orientation, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
