Product Manager, Volunteering - Amazon Community Impact

Remote Full-time Live

Join a Culture of Innovation and Teamwork: Shape the Future of Volunteering at Amazon

We're seeking an exceptional Product Manager to drive the growth of our volunteering initiatives across the United States. As a key member of the Amazon Community Impact team, you will play a vital role in scaling our community impact through volunteering, fostering a culture of social responsibility, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our customers and communities.

Amazon's Volunteering team is part of the Amazon Community Impact (ACI) organization, which leads philanthropic initiatives focused on education, food security, disaster relief, housing affordability, and volunteering globally. Our vision is to cultivate a culture of volunteering where Amazonians use their time, experience, and skills to shape a better tomorrow for our local communities, planet, and future generations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the lifecycle of volunteering products from concept to delivery, working backwards from customer needs
  • Define the vision, requirements, success metrics, and ongoing roadmap for a portfolio of volunteering opportunities
  • Collaborate with nonprofit organizations and internal stakeholders to define go-to-market strategies and achieve volunteering goals
  • Develop and execute plans to scale volunteering initiatives, navigating business constraints and stakeholder expectations
  • Analyze data and metrics to drive improvements, prioritize initiatives, and measure success

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record of delivering results-driven products and programs
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements and prioritization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, work in a fast-paced environment, and continuously seek opportunities to learn and improve

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience contributing to roadmap strategy and definition, and building and driving adoption of new tools
  • Experience working with employees as key customers and developing global products or programs
  • Experience in corporate social responsibility, nonprofit, or NGO sectors
  • Experience using analytical tools, such as QuickSight

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary, with a base pay range of $104,700 - $179,600 per year, depending on location and experience
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, financial, and other benefits
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and innovative organization
  • A culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a commitment to equal employment opportunities
