About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a customer-centric assortment strategy, focusing on profitability, sales growth, and market differentiation
• Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships, managing core financial measurements and creating merchandising strategies
• Manage product lifecycles, ensuring a best-in-class product offering and minimizing excess and obsolete inventory issues
• Analyze reporting and analytics to inform decision-making and drive portfolio growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvement and promote the product portfolio
• Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify opportunities to enhance our assortment strategy

Requirements
