About the Role

• Complete tasks for Peppermint customers, such as scheduling appointments, making reservations, and providing recommendations
• Be solution-focused, proactive, and creative in your approach to each family's needs
• Engage with customers through positive and concise communication, responding to texts, messages, emails, and phone calls in a timely and friendly manner
• Provide empathetic support and build trust with our customers, making a positive impact on their daily lives
• Utilize various tools and technologies to complete tasks efficiently and effectively

What We Offer

• Independent Contractor (1099 position) with a competitive hourly rate of $23/hour
