About the Role

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients in a remote setting
• Utilize your knowledge of banking products and services to meet customer needs
• Perform various transactions, including check cashing, deposits, transfers, and withdrawals
• Monitor fraud mitigation and adhere to established operational policies and procedures
• Resolve customer inquiries quickly and efficiently, delivering an extraordinary customer experience

What We're Looking For

• Ability to connect with customers and understand their financial needs
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
• Basic knowledge of banking products and services
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
• At least 1 year of retail, sales, or customer service experience required
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
