We're seeking a highly skilled and passionate Part-Time Beauty Advisor to join our Sephora team, where you'll have the opportunity to drive sales, build strong client relationships, and stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, providing personalized consultations, recommending products, and creating unforgettable client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales through authentic passion for beauty and a consultative approach, identifying client needs and suggesting products to drive sales and upsell opportunities
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, and support replenishment and visual standards according to Sephora at Kohl's standards
• Build strong client loyalty, inspire clients through product demonstrations, and maintain a high level of product knowledge and beauty trend awareness
• Actively engage in required training, support omni-processing, and maintain all Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards
• Support inventory management, including freight processing, back stocking, replenishment, inventory counts, and price changes

• Authentic passion for beauty and a desire to deliver exceptional client experiences
• Client-facing retail or service industry experience, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration
