Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of online sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive awareness and demand for our Baby & Kids products
• Design and implement promotional concepts that support both offline and online sales activities, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners to ensure effective execution of product development and promotional activities
• Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
• Manage email marketing campaigns to promote products and drive sales
• Generate new sales leads through social media, networking, and market research to expand our customer base and drive growth
• Monitor and evaluate online sales activities, preparing reports on results and insights to inform strategic decisions
• Stay informed about new trends in the Baby & Kids mindfulness category to inform innovative product development and merchandising strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related field (or relevant experience)
• 1-2 years of work experience in sales or business development within the Baby & Kids category (preferably in home and mindfulness products)
• Proven ability to generate new sales leads and drive customer acquisition
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Basic data analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools
