Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Business Resumption War room (BRCC) office maintenance activities, ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency.
• Manage Skyview Grounds Administration Vendor Agreements, including contract negotiations, approvals, and renewals.
• Conduct routine facilities maintenance inspections, identifying areas for improvement and implementing proactive solutions.
• Serve as the Skyview Grounds Lead Environmental Coordinator, driving sustainability and environmental stewardship initiatives.
• Collaborate with the facilities maintenance department on Skyview Grounds projects, providing support and expertise as needed.
• Process electronic payments, invoices, and other administrative tasks with precision and accuracy.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED equivalency required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Facilities maintenance experience, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing knowledge, is highly desirable.
• EPA/TCEQ environmental business/industrial site management experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Excel and database management.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and self-motivation skills are essential.
