Join Our Team: Onboard Charter Representative (Remote, Part-time)

Role Overview:

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Onboard Charter Representative to join our team at Avelo Airlines. As the primary point of contact for our customers, business partners, and crew members, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of all charter flights. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety of Avelo aircraft, customers, and crew members by following all applicable standards and regulations
• Coordinate with business partners to deliver ground handling, security, catering, and fueling services, guaranteeing prompt and efficient operations
• Collaborate with assigned screeners to ensure seamless and on-time customer screening, maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction
• Conduct aircraft security searches, maintain search records, and oversee boarding of flights to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Maintain the customer manifest, monitor ground handling, and communicate with the flight crew to ensure smooth operations
• Work closely with onboard maintenance and flight attendants to ensure all services are performed, and necessary supplies are available for timely departures
• Communicate schedule changes and challenges in a timely manner, coordinating with the Operations Control Center to minimize disruptions

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service role and/or airline industry experience
• Ability to travel on short notice, nights, and weekends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Able to stand for long periods in an outdoor environment and lift 70lbs
• Maintain DOT drug testing standards for GSC qualification

X-Factors:

• Airline industry experience required; charter experience preferred
• Exceptional client-service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Prior Airline certifications (GSC, OCR/Loadmaster, or W&B) advantageous
