About the Role

• Collaborate with our CEO and leadership team to set up and create an environment for Mastermind Members to master the Dental Business Operating System
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance patient satisfaction
• Provide coaching and guidance to Mastermind Members to help them achieve their business goals and objectives
• Track program progress, communicate with members, and respond to their needs in a timely and professional manner
• Attend bi-weekly team calls, expert training sessions, and complete ongoing training to develop skills and processes
• Identify areas of opportunity and strategize ways to improve the Mastermind Member experience

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Dental Operations Manager or Dental General Manager in multi-7-figure or 8-figure offices
• Proven track record of creating and executing strategic business plans, driving growth, and improving operational efficiency
• Experience as a Trained or Certified Coach, preferably as an EOS Implementer or similar programs
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs, provide quick solutions, and drive impactful results
• Commitment to upholding confidentiality, taking ownership, and working with minimal supervision
