As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls, educating customers about their warranties, and resolving any issues that may arise. Requirements

• High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a customer service role, with conflict resolution experience
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus, but not required
• Reliable and secure internet connection, with a quiet and distraction-free workspace
• Must be located in AZ, FL, GA, NC, TN, TX, UT, or NV
