Patient and Site Engagement Lead - US (Remote)

As a Patient and Site Engagement Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in defining, embedding, and scaling patient-focused planning into our strategic approach to study planning and delivery.

As a Patient and Site Engagement Lead, you'll be responsible for generating indication-level and clinical trial-specific insights to identify potential barriers to study participation and develop tailored patient and site support strategies. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a detailed understanding of the patient journey and communicate site-specific needs related to patient engagement, recruitment, and retention.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting Strategic Feasibility assessments during proposals phase, including providing Study Burden Analysis and Patient and Site insights
• Developing bespoke Patient and Site support strategies to meet customer needs and articulating the value proposition for implementing these strategies
• Presenting at bid defense or other client meetings as needed
• Developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure patient experience data and insight are systematically captured, collated, and shared to inform strategy and planning
• Understanding and evaluating Patient Pathway and trial burden for new study opportunities and communicating associated risks and support needs
• Working with cross-functional teams to build FDA Diversity Action Plans, UK Patient and Public Involvement (PPI) projects, and other patient engagement-related projects to meet regulatory needs in your therapy area

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

• Ability to challenge effectively, influence, and build/maintain relationships with senior stakeholders in a conflicting priority environment
• Ability to work collaboratively with other functions as needed in the pre and post-award setting
• Excellent organizational skills
• Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 8+ years of transferable experience in medical, healthcare, scientific, or related field, and preference for experience in patient engagement, recruitment & retention, feasibility, or site-study coordination research roles
• Knowledge of the principles of Good Clinical Practice and competent computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
