Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop teams to achieve sales growth and customer service excellence
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive results and improve operational efficiency
• Provide coaching and feedback to associates to enhance performance and development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive change initiatives
• Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards and ensure customer needs are met
• Drive financial performance and sales growth through effective planning and execution
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and support company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

Requirements:

• 2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership
• Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership
• General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports
