Job Summary

StretchLab is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Strength and Conditioning Coach to join our team in Round Rock, TX. As a Flexologist, you will provide personalized stretching sessions, lead group classes, and contribute to the growth and success of our studio. We offer a comprehensive training program, a competitive hourly rate of $22-$25, and opportunities for professional development and advancement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and group stretch classes to clients
• Encourage and motivate clients to achieve their fitness goals
• Build and retain client relationships through excellent customer service and sales outreach
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, adhering to StretchLab policies and safety protocols
• Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and educational presentations to stay up-to-date on industry developments
• Collaborate with Sales Associates and the General Manager to drive studio growth and success

Requirements

• Passion for fitness, stretching, mobility, and flexibility
• Previous experience as a Personal Trainer, Massage Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Pilates/Yoga Instructor
• Fitness certification required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
