As a Ratings and Research Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive data and process support to our team. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Understanding dataset requirements and inputs/outputs
• Gathering data from various sources and updating tools, templates, and databases
• Identifying and researching data issues, exceptions, and discrepancies
• Interacting with other teams to ensure seamless workflow
• Sharing daily and weekly updates on workflow status and summaries

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, management, or a similar field
• 0-2 years of experience in business, financial data, and Excel-based processes
• Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of financial statements and terms
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and attention-to-detail skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
